My experience of Urethrostomy or O.I.U For Urethral Stricture

Alright! so here i going to share my experience and feedback of Urethrostomy or O.I.U (Optical Internal Urethrotomy) or laser operation which i had in mid of 2013. After realization that there is something wrong with my urine flow i keep quiet for a very long and keep hoping that it will be fine automatically after some time or it is temporary problem, but my urine flow keep decreasing day by day and with decreasing urine flow burning after urine and a lot of irritation became very common for me, those was my school days and i was quite young at that time, i keep tolerating the structure for a very long and after tolerating if for more than one and half year i visited a local doctor near to my home, and after that i met dozens of different doctors and got thousands of suggestions, i will share the complete story with you but not in this post else it will become very lengthy, so my main point is that i have taken thousands of suggestions and finally my urethral stricture got detected...

My experience of Uttar Basti - An Ayurvedic Treatment For Urethral Stricture

After 1.5 to years of going through Urethroplasty, my stricture recur and i was planning to go for Uttar Basti since 2016, i contacted many nearby hospitals and clinics and collected the details but i was not sure that i should go for it or not as i was scared from my stricture and feeling that Uttar Basti may worse the situation therefore i did not go through it and keep doing my self calibration till 2019 and then i started Uttar Basti in April 2019.
